DAMP AND DEFECT ANALYSIS £30/HR + £40 FOR REPORT.

PLANNING PERMISSION SUBMISSION DRAWINGS  from £450

BUILDING REDULATION AND WORKING DRAWINGS from £550.

APPEALS first day £100 then £30/ day after that (max of 1 week), please note that appeals can take 6 months or longer.

Additional site visits charged at £30/hr.

Please note that all drawing are copyrighted to the person or persons who drew them and may only be copied with written consent from that person.

The above fees do not include any Council fees, the current fees for Planning Permission (based on household application) is £150, and the current fee for Building Control (Building Regulations) is £141.90 plus inspection fees with vary according to the project in question.  When your aplpcation is ready then I will ask you for a cheque payable to the local authority.

WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY!

Basically you get the hassle taken out of the Planning and Building Regulation process, in other words i do all the work for you, I vist the site, make preliminary sketches and notes.  Measure the project building or site and draw up the Planning drawings, then submit them which takes 8-12 weeks for a decision.  Hopefully once you have Planning Permission, I can add all of the Building Regulations to the drawings and submit them to Building Control for Approval and then you can start work.  You retain 3 copies of the Planning Drawings (1 Council stamped original and 2 additional copies for your use), you also retain 5 copies of the Building Regulation drawings (2 original stamped copies and 3 copies to obtain quotes from builders), please note that additional copies of the drawings are available at cost.

Sounds simple but there are always little snags which can hold up the process, as I said I do the work for you, so you don't have to, but I aim to work closely with you to enssure that you project goes as smoothly as possible and costs you a fair price for a a quality and personal service, and aim to keep my prices and fee reasonable as I do not have the overheads of larger companies.

I do not accept credit card (I cannot afford the charges) and I do not accept cheques for less than £250
